Wholesale Terms and Conditions

 

Please read the following list in order to purchase from the wholesale site:

·        You must be inside the Continental United States.  We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.

·        You must have a resale license or Federal Tax ID to purchase.

·        There is a $100 minimum purchase.

·        You must fill in all the required spaces giving us your name, company name, address, phone and email address included in the ordering process.

·        By purchasing you have agreed to allow your email address will go into an internal database for use with our "specials".  You will have an opportunity to unsubscribe at any time.

 

Ordering Process

 

Until we put in a shopping cart that allows you to purchase completely over the web, the ordering process will have the following steps:

·        Fill out the Purchase Form.

·        Review your choices and change your choices, if applicable.

·        Fill in your business information on the Bill and Shipping Form.

·        Email  the form to Andramada.

·        If all items are available, we will send you a confirmation email and do our best to ship within 72 hours.

·        If there are items unavailable but could be made available, we will reply to this order asking you to answer a few questions to complete the order process.

·        After receiving the additional information, we will send you a confirmation of the completion of the ordering process.

Since Andramada is a small but growing design house, we are using the email system in order to keep the purchasers costs down.  Thank you for your understanding.

 

 

Payment Methods

 

You will be asked to include your resale or Federal Tax ID with all of your orders.  We are working on accepting credit cards online.  In the meantime, after the email order has been accepted, the following are methods of payment we accept:

·        PayPal - This is an online service that accepts information about a credit card or bank account in order to purchase online.  It is very safe and secure and only takes a moment to register.  If you would like more information on this service, please click here.  If you would like to go to the registration service, click here.

·        Check or Money Order through C.O.D. - We will accept a business check or money order where we deliver to a business site.  There will be an additional charge for C.O.D., unlike Pay Pal.
